Another Residence Of Lukashenka Found

One of the many residences of Aliaksandr Lukashenka is considered to be “Krasnoselskoye”, it is located 40 kilometers from Minsk on the bank of the Udra River. The BELPOL organization told details of what is located on its territory, and also announced some amounts, writes Zerkalo.
In the 1990s, this object belonged to the state forestry institution “Krasnoselskoye”. Then it was transferred to the management of another structure of the Presidential Property Management Department — “Dipservis”. In 2012, the complex was leased for 100 years to the foreign construction unitary enterprise “SertusAvia”, which is associated with the Russian oligarch Mikhail Gutseriev.
There are three large premises on the territory of the complex. The total area of house
#1 is 730 square meters. On the ground floor there is a winter garden, a dining room, a library, a home cinema, and a recreation room. On the second floor there are several bathrooms, a dressing room, bedrooms, and a private office. The size of the latter is 78 square meters (for many Belarusians, this is the size of their apartment). The size of Lukashenka's bedroom is 56.5 square meters. In the basement there is a traditional Turkish bath, a sauna, a jacuzzi, a gym, and a swimming pool measuring 84.6 square meters. Nearby is the entrance to the wine cellar. A special communication line is connected to this house. This proves that we are talking about Lukashenka's residence.
The creators of the video cite the following figures: the cost of the curtain rod and curtains in house #1 is 560 thousand Belarusian rubles (according to the first option) or 449 thousand (according to the second option). “To understand, the curtains in Lukashenka's house cost from 236 to 287 thousand dollars,” the investigators note.
The total area of house #2 is 453 square meters. On the first floor there are several bathrooms, a dining room, a living room, and a private office. On the second floor there are several bedrooms, several dressing rooms, bathrooms, a terrace, and a winter garden. In the basement there is a spacious swimming pool, a sauna, and a Turkish bath. There is also a billiard room and exercise rooms. This room serves as a guest house.
In the house # 3 there is a restaurant combined with a servants' house. There is a chef's room, a washroom, a dining room, a kitchen, several bedrooms, a billiard room, etc. Almost 5 thousand dollars were spent on equipping the bar with coffee-making equipment alone. “All this is designed in such a way that all service personnel can perform all their duties without being in the sight of Lukashenka or his entourage,” the authors of the video note.
There is also a helipad, which cost 100 thousand dollars. In addition to residential buildings, the territory includes a spa center with a swimming pool, a hunter's and fisherman's house, and garages.
